Kevin Wants Britney to Pay Legal Bill

Britney’s ex-beau has asked her to pay the legal expenses in their divorce case.

Britney married Kevin Federline in October 2004, eight months after her first marriage to childhood friend came to an end.

She cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce from Federline on November 7, 2006.

Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said in an August 26 declaration that Federline has “no net income” after various expenses, and that his financial support from Spears of 20,000 dollars (£10,000) a month ends in November.

Britney brings in an average monthly income of 737,868 dollars (£366,171) She is “clearly the ‘monied party’ in the dispute and should pay 50,000 dollars (£25,000) for Federline’s litigation expenses, Kaplan said

And so, Kevin wants her to pay the legal bill.
