Farewell!

This is my last post I will be doing for Nicole Richie Watch. I have had a great time dishing about that beautiful, interesting starlet and I will certainly miss writing about her. Due to certain circumstances, I cannot manage to put in the proper amount of work to upkeep this blog, as you can see by the scarcity of recent articles. Therefore, I hope you can give the next writer the same courtesy and respect that I have been blessed with writing this blog. But don’t be deterred, I still am writing for ABC Soaps Watch on 451 Press- please do check that out if you can.

Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears Ignored by Radio

FOXnews » They may be getting headlines, but Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears are being ignored by radio stations. According to Radio and Records, the publication and Web site that monitors airplay of hit records, both Lopez’s “Do it Well” and Spears’ “Gimme More” are at the bottom of the Top 40 charts and almost nonexistent at dance or disco-oriented stations.

On top of that, Lopez’s album, “Brave,” which debuted on Tuesday, has fallen to No. 87 on Amazon.com. And even though the single “Do It Well” is in the 80s on iTunes for downloading, the album has managed to climb up to No. 13 right now on the digital music site.

Hitsdailydouble.com predicts that physical sales of “Brave” will be a mere 55,000 to 60,000 copies this week. Digital sales won’t do much for it.

Christina Aguilera and her husband, Jordan Bratman, haven’t confirmed her pregnancy, but pictures speak louder than words. The pop-princess was snapped sporting an apparent baby bump last night as she shopped for candles with her record exec husband in Hollywood last night.

The Grammy award winning singer looked less than impressed when paparazzi turned up to catch a glimpse of her apparent baby glow.

Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman go baby shopping! Although the couple have made no official announcement, is is becoming hard for the couple to deny pregnancy rumors and that Christina is pregnant with their first child. The singer has a huge baby bump that is beyond hiding by a tiny scarf and the girl is glowing! The couple enjoy looking for items for the bambina! Christina is only too happy to play mom and carry her girlfriends daughter. She seems to be enjoying the training!

Paris’ New Philanthropy Role

Well…guess I have to chow down on some crow! Many of us, myself included, never thought Paris was serious when she talked about turning over a new leaf and doing charity work. At least, I never thought she’d do any real, hands-on, down in the trenches charity work.

But now, Paris is actually helping out the less-fortunate. She’s taken this poor, young, Swedish foundling-barely able to make ends meet as a pizza delivery man-and adopted him! Alex Vaggo has a new and improved life, thanks to Paris.

Vaggo is now, partying, clubbing, eating in the best restaurants, even has a budding modelling career-all since meeting Paris. Vaggo talks about seeing Paris’ mansion while delivering pizza. “I saw Paris’ convertible sitting there and two weeks later I’m sitting next to her in the car. It’s unbelievable. (Thanks to her) I’m modeling, taking meetings, going to clubs, eating at great restaurants and living the high life. It’s amazing. She’s changed my life in every way,”

Twenty-six-year-old Paris rescued poor 20-year-old Swedish tourist Alex from a lowly existence in a $29-a-night hostel and has raised him part of the way to her own level-well on the way to becoming a rich, famous blonde, who does nothing but dress up, party, and have his picture taken! Do we really need a male counterpart to Paris?

But, let’s remember this is Paris Hilton we’re talking about. Give this “relationship” a short while (maybe six weeks, maybe less). She’ll tire of him, move on to something new, and that’ll be the end of it. Maybe he will at least get a few well-paying jobs out of the whole thing.

And I’m not saying that this is all Paris’ doing. I mean, just look at the quotes you hear from Vaggo. He talks about how his life has changed since meeting Paris, but all he talks about is the money, the fame, the celebrities-all the shallow things. He never once says anything truly meaningful.

Hmmm… Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe the two are made for each other. Neither of them says anything truly meaningful, and they both love fame, money, and celebrity. This could be a match made in heaven. Or somewhere slightly lower!

Britney succeeds in meeting kids once a week

After losing the custody of her kids Britney still has the chance to meet them once a week.

Spears made a surprise appearance in court after a commissioner declined to rule on her emergency motion requesting monitored, overnight visits with her children.

Spears was previously allowed monitored visits with the children but no overnight stays.

Britney really loves her kids a lot and it is being said that the custody should have been given to her.

Well, I too feel that Britney should have been given the custody of her kids

Beyonce Uncovers New Samsung Phone

Beyonce has disclosed the new Samsung phone.

The Samsung limited edition B’Phone, a Beyonce-branded version of the UpStage music phone originally introduced earlier this year.

It was shown at the Samsung store in New York’s time Warner building.

The handset features gold-and-burgundy colors designed by Beyonce, a Beyonce-themed startup screen.

It has also been included with a feature which can download exclusive Beyonce photos, videos and a song she recorded as a child.

Isn’t that cool!

Christina Aguilera enjoyed two-hours shopping in a Los Angeles baby boutique on Saturday, amid reports she’s pregnant with her first child.

The singer, who has refused to officially confirm whether or not she is pregnant, spent two hours selecting items at Bel Bambini in Beverly Hills with her husband Jordan Bratman and her mother-in-law and sister-in-law. (more…)
