Suri Gets Sleepy on Seven Pounds

Suri Cruise looked all tuckered out in dad’s arms after a visit to the set of Seven Pounds on Saturday. Between tap dancing class and helping her big brother out on his movie, Suri’s getting quite the little showbiz education already. While for now it’s all about parent time for the 2-year-old, their friend Will Smith is busy making sure there’s the right school ready for their kids. Will’s had trouble finding a suitable school for his children, but now he’s invested about $1 million into New Village Academy in Calabasas, which teaches using Scientology study methods. The Smith children will be enrolled when the school opens Fall 2008, but they’ll have to wait a few more years to see if this littlest Cruise will be their newest classmate. (Source: Popsugar)

Scarlett Johansson desperate for Tom Waits approval

Actress cum singer Scarlett Johansson is eager to release her album of Tom Waits cover, as she wants to know what the legendary singer feels about her singing.

The 23-year-old actress debut album with the hit single Anywhere I Lay My Head will be launched in US on 20th May.

David Bowie has also sung for the album and has praised Scarlett’s singing.

A nervous Johansson reveals, “When I was presented with the idea, the ultimate goal was to not get chased down by Tom Waits and get my ass beat in a bar.
“I’ve heard from people who are friends with him that he’s very pleased with it. He’s been really supportive - not from the sidelines, but from a far, far distance.

“It was constantly in the back of my mind that if we did something Tom Waits hated, he’d come at me with a hammer.”

Angelina’s mother Marcheline Bertrand’s condominium located in Simi Valley was given away for $330,000 last month on 8th April, before Angelina moved to France for an extended vacation with her family.

Paris Hilton VS Sophie Monk: Who’s happier now?

For those of us who’ve been in-love, brokenhearted, then have moved on, I’m sure it still isn’t easy coming vis-à-vis with your ex and his present love.

However, I think that don’t apply much with Sophie Monk who came face-to-face with her ex-boyfriend, Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden and his present girlfriend, Paris Hilton during Ellen DeGeneres’s 50th birthday celebration last week. It seems too easy for the Australian actress who in fact managed to upstage our dear heiress by making an “ultimate celebrity entrance” with her new beau Ryan Seacrest.

Look at those tap shoes — so adorable and the perfect addition to her growing collection. Tom and Katie have enrolled Suri in tap-dancing class.

Pictured with her mother on their way to the lesson in Hollywood, Suri made sure to wear the appropriate footwear as her newfound skill will surely be an added bonus to the family’s existing acting abilities.
