Kathy Hilton attends the Gen Art and Acura Capture the Night Photography Exhibition Hosted by Molly Sims on June 5, 2008 in West Hollywood, California.

Although Paris Hilton’s mom, Kathy already gave her approval to her daughter’s latest boyfriend, Benji Madden, it does seem that the Hilton matriarch is still hesitant talking about the lovebirds getting married.

According to Kathy, our dear heiress should take her time first deciding if Benji is really the one she would want to spend the rest of her life with.
