Against the reports that claimed that the pop princess will have an appearance at PALMS HOTEL in Las Vegas, Britney Spears is in fact spending the new years eve with her family.
According to CNB news agency, Britney will keep the boys at home while her ex husband Kevin Federline will be the one attending a few parties in the sin city.
