Dr. Conrad Murray is not in Los Angeles aiport court where he will face charges for the involuntary death of kind of pop - Michael Jackson.

UPDATE 2:21 PM PT: Things are done inside the court — we’re waiting to catch Dr. Murray on the way out.

UPDATE 2:19 PM PT: Murray just walked out of the courtroom … without handcuffs. His lawyer followed behind him with a bail bondsman.

UPDATE 2:18 PM PT: The D.A. wants bail set at $300,000. Murray’s attorney is objecting — says Murray is not a flight risk.

UPDATE 2:15 PM PT: The judge just said that Murray cannot be in possession of (or prescribe) anesthetics. He can prescribe other meds. Quote from the judge: “I do not want you sedating people.”

UPDATE 2:11 PM PT: Bail has been set at $75,000 — three times the standard amount for cases like this. Murray had to surrender his passport. Murray was arrested and taken in to custody for booking at the courthouse.
